Replace NPFA with IEC as shown below (marked in RED), then save and close.Open WD.ENV (in notepad) which is in the AeData folder (along with the Proj and Tutorial folders).Are they IEC or NFPA (I guess they are NFPA)? Click + of the Schematic Libraries to find out the default symbol libraries.In the Project Settings tab click Schematic Libraries then click Default.
Check your project properties: right click project> properties.Check your project Settings: right click project>Settings, in the lower window you can see what symbol libraries are used – IEC or NFPA?.What is happening here is your project is IEC standard project ie it supposed to symbols from IEC library folder whereas ACADE is defaulted to NFPA standard ie WD.ENV file is telling ACADE to use NFPA Symbols instead.
